6. GrocerIT Local SMS Program

Program name: GrocerIT Local SMS.

Program description: GrocerIT provides conversational customer-care assistance and transactional delivery notifications through SMS.

Message types: Customer-care responses, request and order confirmations, scheduling information, delivery-status updates, and order-tracking links.

Opt-in: Users voluntarily initiate the SMS conversation by texting HI, START, or YES to +1 929-401-0015.

Consent: By initiating an SMS conversation with GrocerIT, users consent to receive conversational customer-care and transactional delivery-notification messages related to their requests. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on the subscriber's interactions and requests.

Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After opting out, the subscriber will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless they opt in again.
